At the start of every analysis, a high-level scan is run against your production SAP system(s). This ABAP collects information about organizational structure, important quantity structures, transactions and reports executed as well as functional coverage. All reports are delivered in MS Excel format and include findings on all active business processes (SAP standard and custom transactions and reports) that are used in your system.

This service automates the process of getting your business blueprint loaded into SAP Solution Manager. RBE Plus analyzes your SAP system and creates an XML import file which can be uploaded into SAP Soluiton Manager through a standard SAP interface. Many SAP customers have used this service to jump-start the use of and re-document their SAP solution in SAP Solution Manager.
RBE Plus for SAP BASIS checks which modifications, enhancements, Customer Exits, BABIs, ALE, RFC and IDOC types are available and used in each system.
Activities, authorizations, and role assignments and their use are analyzed with RBE Plus User/Role Analysis. The RBE Plus results of transaction volume, users and roles are provided consolidated by the means of key performance indicators as well as in a detailed analysis overview. Furthermore, the analysis results can be accessed for individual analysis in an MS Access analysis database. In addition, this database includes all SAP reference roles from release 4.6c up to the latest ERP release.
