Bruce Horwath

Bruce Horwath is a Senior Director of Engagements at Reply with over 20 years of SAP experience in the Life Science, Manufacturing, Chemical, Food & Beverage and Pulp & Paper industries. He has an extensive corporate background as an embedded IT representative supporting the Supply Chain and Global Business functions. In his current role, Bruce provides program and project management, best practice-based business transformation such as migrations to S/4 and the cloud and process optimization, acquisition/divestitures, as well as internal Syskoplan Reply management responsibilities. Over his career, Bruce has had the opportunity to successfully lead projects in the Americas, Europe and AsiaPac regions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the Delaware Valley University, a Master of Information Science from Penn State University, Prosci Adkar Change Management Certification and is a certified Lean Expert.
